Safeguard Properties returned to Orlando last week as a sponsor of the MBA Servicing Solutions Conference and Expo 2023.
The conference kicked off with an invitation-only Meet & Greet and book signing with Opening General Session Keynote Speaker Shon Hopwood, hosted exclusively by Safeguard Properties. CFO Joe Iafigliola then had the honor of introducing Shon at the start of the session. Following the opening session, Joe and Shon took the Hub Stage for an interactive interview highlighting questions from the audience.
Wednesday afternoon saw the return of the Property Preservation Track, presented by Safeguard Properties for the second year in a row. After the success of this session at the 2022 MBA Servicing Conference, Safeguard Properties was thrilled to again partner with MBA to create the only Property Preservation centered session of the week. Driven by a prestigious panel of industry professionals representing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, Department of Veteran's Affairs, HUD, ISN, M&T Bank, Computershare Loan Services, Flagstar Bank and Safeguard Properties, the hottest and most pressing topics facing the Property Preservation industry were debated and discussed. A feeling of community and collaboration were felt by all in attendance.
It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces stop by the Safeguard booth, and to meet face-to-face with so many of our clients and colleagues. Thanks to MBA for a successful conference.
