Job Title: Service Quality Analyst
Job Description: Amy manages several projects for Safeguard, including setting assignments, compiling/analyzing results, and completing weekly/monthly reporting. She also completes internal audits to ensure procedures and policies are being followed.
Home Life: Amy lives in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pa., with my high school sweetheart. She has been working from home since 2004. She converted a spare bedroom into a home office, which she usually shares with her “co-workers,” Ruby (cat) and Trixie (dog).
