**Job Title:** Supervisor of Operations
**Job Description: As Supervisor of Operations, Cierra Smith ensures her team provides timely results on work orders, helps organize workflow and ensures that they understand their duties or assigned tasks. Cierra also monitors auditors’ productivity and provides feedback and coaching.**
Home Life: Cierra occupies a corner in my living room and even brought home her name tag. She loves plants, sunlight, and her porch door is always open, if the weather permits. Cierra has a 10-year-old daughter named Layla, who wakes up after noon daily.
