The Village of Heyworth, III., enacted vacant property registration requirements on October 18. The ordinance requires registration within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy/foreclosure status.

The Township of Knowlton, N.J., enacted on vacant property registration requirements on July 9. The ordinance requires registration within 30 days of vacancy.

The City of Parma Heights, Ohio, has enacted vacant property registration requirements. The ordinance requires registration upon six months of vacancy.

VPR Jurisdiction Updated for Fulton County

Effective immediately, vacant properties contained in unincorporated areas of Fulton County (excluding Fulton Industrial Blvd.) and South Fulton, Ga., are to be registered with the City of South Fulton.
