Salem, OH

The City of Salem, Ohio, has enacted property registration requirements within 90 days of vacancy or 30 days of municipal notification. Annual registration is enforced utilizing the following escalating fee structure:

• Initial: $200
• First Renewal: $500
• Subsequent Renewals: $1,000

Derry Township, PA

Derry Township, Pa., has amended its property registration program to no longer require default pre-filing. Registration will now be required 30 days from LP/NOD filing and renewals will be enforced on a semi-annual basis (previously annual).
