The City of Santa Ana, Calif., has amended its property registration ordinance to reflect an increased fee of $1,232.85.

Greenacres, FL

The City of Greenacres, Fla., has amended its property registration ordinance to focus on foreclosure properties only (previously foreclosure and vacant). Additionally, renewals will now take place on a semi-annual basis.

## Bellevue, KY

The City of Bellevue, Ky., has amended its property registration ordinance to reflect an increased renewal fee of $1,000 (previously $500). In addition, the ordinance has been expanded to include commercial properties.
