The City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, has enacted vacant property registration requirements within 90 days of vacancy or 30 days of vacancy if lis pendens has been filed. Registration/renewal fees will adhere to the following structure:
- Initial Registration: $200
- First Renewal: $400
- Second Renewal: $600
- Third Renewal: $800
- Subsequent Renewals: $1,000
Tulare, CA
The City of Tulare, Calif., has amended its property registration ordinance to reflect an increased annual fee of $75 (previously $70).
Bridgeview, IL
The Village of Bridgeview, Ill., is now enforcing its property registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing or vacancy and renewals will take place on a semi-annual basis. A $300 fee will be included.
