Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing and renewals will now be enforced on a semi-annual basis. A 10% fee will be charged every 30 days for late registrations.

The City of Bangor, Maine, has amended its property registration ordinance to include an increased semi-annual fee of $266 (previously $260).
The Town of Islip, N.Y., is now enforcing its foreclosure registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within 10 days of any foreclosure action and includes a fee of $500. Renewals will be enforced on a semi-annual basis.
