The City of Hallandale Beach, Fla., has enacted a property registration ordinance requiring registration upon vacancy. A $250 initial fee will be included ($50 for vacant land) and renewals will take place on an annual basis (due by October 1).
Allentown, PA
The City of Allentown, Pa., is no longer enforcing its property registration ordinance through a third-party service provider (ProChamps) and has moved its program in-house. It is important to note that all established requirements will remain unchanged.
New Kensington, PA
