## Brunswick, NY

The Town of Brunswick, N.Y., has enacted property registration requirements within 30 days of vacancy. A $250 initial registration fee will be enforced, with renewals taking place on an annual basis. It is important to note that renewal fee charges will be based on length of vacancy and property square footage.

River Rouge, MI

The City of River Rouge, Mich., has amended its vacant property registration ordinance to include an increased annual fee of $150 (previously $100).

## Orland Park, IL

The Village of Orland Park, Ill., is now enforcing its property registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing.
