## Glen Cove, NY
The City of Glen Cove, N.Y., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of a foreclosure action. Renewals will take place on a semi-annual basis and will include a $500 fee. In addition, the program will be enforced through a third-party service provider (ProChamps).

Coatesville, PA
The City of Coatesville, Pa., has amended its property registration ordinance to include an increased annual fee of $365 (previously $250).

## West Newton, PA
West Newton Borough, Pa., has amended its property registration ordinance to include a semi-annual fee of $300 (previously $400 annually).
