VPR Ordinance Amended in Loxahatchee Groves
The Town of Loxahatchee Groves, Fla., approved amended property registration requirements that took effect on February 14, 2019. Among the changes will be an annual registration fee increase from $150 to $200 and a penalty charge (10% of the original fee) for registration fees not paid within thirty days of the registration/renewal.

The City of Woburn, Mass., approved amended property registration requirements that took effect on December 18, 2018. The amendment has increased the annual registration fee for vacant, foreclosed or foreclosing properties from $100 to $500.
