St. Johns County, Fla., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy status. The program became effective on March 5, 2019.

## Sauk Village, IL

On March 12, 2019, Sauk Village, Ill., enacted a replacement property ordinance requiring registration within 10 days of default inspection (regardless of occupancy status) or vacancy.  
  
**NOTE:** The previous version required registration within 10 days of vacancy only.

## Urbana, OH

The City of Urbana, Ohio, has enacted property registration requirements within 90 days of vacancy or 30 days of municipal notice. The program became effective on March 1, 2019.
