Pahokee, FL
The City of Pahokee, Fla., has revised its property registration ordinance to no longer include actions for properties entering default. Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy) and applies to both pre-sale and real estate owned (REO)/FHA post-sale properties.
