## Ocean Gate, NJ
The Borough of Ocean Gate, N.J., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy status on a semi-annual basis. The ordinance took effect on May 13, 2019.

## Cheney, WA
The City of Cheney, Wash., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy status on an annual basis. The program became effective on April 23, 2019.

## Easton, PA
The City of Easton, Penn., has amended its property registration requirements to include semi-annual renewal and a $300 registration fee (mandatory for initial registration and renewal). The amendments became effective on May 10, 2019.
