The City of Peoria, Ill., will now exclusively enforce foreclosed property registration (previously focused on vacant properties only). Registration is required within 10 days of filing a public notice of foreclosure.

Kansas City, Kan., will now enforce the registration of vacant and foreclosed properties (previously vacant *or* foreclosed). Registration is required within 10 days of being found vacant after foreclosure filing.
