## Altoona
The City of Altoona, Pa., has enacted a requirement for creditors to register properties within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy. It is important to note that the city also requires registration for properties that have been vacant for 365 days or more (active since 2011).

Greensburg
The City of Greensburg, Pa., has enacted property registration requirements within 30 days of the set fee date (yet to be determined).

## Susquehanna
Susquehanna Township, Pa., has amended its foreclosure registration ordinance to include a semi-annual renewal requirement and increased fee of $300.
