The Town of Webster, Mass., has enacted property registration requirements within 45 days of foreclosure or vacancy filing on an annual basis.

North Brentwood, MD
The Town of North Brentwood, Md., has enacted property registration requirements within 60 days of vacancy on a semi-annual basis. It is important to note that legal owners are required to register vacant lots annually as well.

## Quinton Township, NJ
Quinton Township, N.J., has enacted an ordinance requiring lenders to register properties within 10 days of default inspection (regardless of occupancy status) on an annual basis.
