VPR Ordinance Enacted in South Charleston
The City of South Charleston, W.Va., has enacted vacant property registration requirements. The ordinance requires registration within ten calendar days of the property meeting the definition of a vacant building and every year thereafter by such date while the building remains unoccupied.

VPR Amendments Approved in Wilkes-Barre
The City of Wilkes-Barre, Penn., effective November 30, has passed amendments to its vacant property registration ordinance requiring semi-annual registration every six months and a raise to the annual fee from $200 to $300.
