The Borough of Merchantville, N.J., has amended its property registration ordinance to reflect the following fee increase structure:
- Initial/First Renewal: $500
- 2nd/3rd Renewal: $1,000
- 4th/5th Renewal: $1,500
- Subsequent Renewals: $2,000ns.
Netcong, NJ
The Borough of Netcong, N.J., is now enforcing its foreclosure registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing or 10 days of vacancy. Renewals will be enforced on an annual basis and will carry a $250 fee.
Sturtevant, WI
The Village of Sturtevant, Wis., is now enforcing its foreclosure registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within five days of foreclosure filing. Renewals will be enforced on a semi-annual basis and will carry a $300 fee.
