The Township of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of foreclosure filing. Renewals take place on a semi-annual basis and include a $500 fee. In addition, the program is enforced through a third-party service provider (ProChamps).
The City of Aurora, Colo., has amended its property registration ordinance to include an increased annual fee of $60 (previously $55).
