The City of Dellwood, Mo., has enacted property registration requirements within 30 days of vacancy. Renewals occur on a semi-annual basis and include a fee of $200.

Little Egg Harbor, NJ

The Township of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of foreclosure filing. Renewals take place on a semi-annual basis and include a $500 fee. In addition, the program is enforced through a third-party service provider (ProChamps).

## Aurora, CO

The City of Aurora, Colo., has amended its property registration ordinance to include an increased annual fee of $60 (previously $55).
