The Township of Little Egg Harbor, N.J., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of foreclosure filing. Renewals take place on a semi-annual basis and include a $500 fee. In addition, the program is enforced through a third-party service provider (ProChamps).
Aurora, CO
