## Royal Palm Beach, FL
The Village of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., has amended its property registration ordinance to include an increased annual fee of $200 (previously $150).

North Chicago, IL
The City of North Chicago, Ill., has combined its previously existing foreclosed and vacant property registration programs into one ordinance. Under the new requirements, properties are to be registered within 10 days of foreclosure action or vacancy. Renewal will be required on an annual basis and will include a $300 fee.

## Forest Park, OH
The City of Forest Park, Ohio, is now enforcing its property registration program through a third-party service (ProChamps). Registration is required within 30 days of foreclosure filing or vacancy. Renewal will be required on a semi-annual basis and will include a $300 fee.
