The Town of Colonie, N.Y., has amended its property registration ordinance to include the following increases to its annual fee schedule:
- 1-2 years: $615
- 2-3 years: $1,225
- 3-4 years: $2,040
- 4-5 years: $3,060
- 5-10 years: $3,570
Middletown, NY
The City of Middletown, N.Y., has amended its property registration ordinance to now require registration within 30 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy status). A $500 semi-annual fee also will be enforced.
Racine, WI
The City of Racine, Wis., has amended its property registration ordinance to now require registration within 30 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy status). A $300 annual fee has been included for related residential structures.
