• 1-2 years: $615
• 2-3 years: $1,225
• 3-4 years: $2,040
• 4-5 years: $3,060
• 5-10 years: $3,570

The City of Middletown, N.Y., has amended its property registration ordinance to now require registration within 30 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy status). A $500 semi-annual fee also will be enforced.
