The City of Vallejo, Calif., has amended its property registration ordinance to reflect an increased fee of $411 (previously $400).
Berkeley, NJ
Berkeley Township, N.J., is now enforcing its property registration program through a third-party service (Pro-Champs). Registration is required within 10 days of foreclosure filing and renewals will take place on a semi-annual basis. A $500 registration fee will be included.
Baldwin, PA
Baldwin Borough, Pa., has amended its property registration ordinance to focus on foreclosure properties only. Additionally, renewals will now take place on a semi-annual basis and will include an increased fee of $300 (previously $200).
