SECTION 6. OBLIGATIONS OF VACANT BUILDING OWNERS.
A vacant building owner shall ensure that the following measures have been undertaken to secure a vacant building.
M. Insurance. Owners of vacant buildings shall be required to maintain liability insurance for as long as the building is vacant, and fi]e evidence of such insurance with the Town Manager.
