## VPR Ordinance Enacted in Princeton
The City of Princeton, W.Va., has enacted vacant property registration requirements. The ordinance requires registration within 30 days after a building becomes vacant.

## VPR Ordinance Amended in Penn Hills
The Township of Penn Hills, Penn., has amended its property registration requirements. Enacted on December 18, 2018, the registration fee has been raised from $150 to $400.

## VPR Ordinance Amended in Toms River
The Township of Toms River, N.J., has amended its property registration requirements. Effective January 1, 2019, the registration of vacant properties is required within 30 days of foreclosure filing.
