## Burbank, IL
The City of Burbank, Ill., has enacted a property registration requirement for mortgage lenders to utilize direct third-party registration (ProChamps) within 10 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy status) on a semi-annual basis.

Cheektowaga, NY
The Town of Cheektowaga, N.Y., has enacted a requirement for titleholders to register rental/any properties that are not occupied by the owner. Renewal has been set for every two years.

## Harvey, IL
The City of Harvey, Ill., has amended its property registration ordinance to now require registration within 10 days of default regardless of occupancy status. Previously, only vacant properties were required to be registered.
