Wilmington, DE
The City of Wilmington, Del., is currently conducting information meetings to raise support for a number of proposed housing code changes. Included is a registration fee increase for properties that remain vacant for more than three years and a registration requirement for buildings that are vacant for six consecutive months instead of 45 consecutive days.
