## Nanticoke, PA
The City of Nanticoke, Pa., has enacted an ordinance requiring a “mortgagee in possession” to complete annual registration of the following vacant properties: single-family residences, commercial buildings (after vacant for 120 days) and land (following first inspection). It is important to note that each property type carries a distinctive annual fee: single-family: $350; commercial: $450; lot: $200.

Stroudsburg Borough, PA
The Borough of Stroudsburg, Pa., has enacted property registration requirements within 30 days of vacancy.

## South Charleston, WV
The City of South Charleston, W.Va., has enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of the property meeting the ordinance definition of "vacant" (unoccupied for 90 days).
