VPR Ordinance Enacted in MonroeThe Township of Monroe, N.J. (Middlesex County), enacted vacant property registration requirements on December 3. The ordinance requires creditor registration for every vacant and abandoned property within their possession. Included will be a $500 registration fee.

VPR Ordinance Enacted in Mt. OliveThe Township of Mt. Olive, N.J., enacted vacant property registration requirements on November 20. Effective December 14, the ordinance will require registration within 30 days of vacancy or within 30 days after property ownership has been assumed.
