The City of Bridgeton, N.J., currently is in the process of revising their property registration ordinance. As a result, previously existing requirements are not being enforced at this time.

Pompton Lakes, NJ
The Borough of Pompton Lakes, N.J., is now enforcing its property registration program through a third-party service provider (ProChamps). Registration is required within 30 days of foreclosure filing (regardless of occupancy). In addition, renewal will be required on a semi-annual basis and will include a $500 fee.
Oyster Bay, NY
The Town of Oyster Bay, N.Y., has amended its property registration program to now require a semi-annual renewal fee of $500. It is important to note that this change applies only to foreclosure registration through its third-party service provider (ProChamps) and does not include the bond requirement for vacant and foreclosure properties.
