The City of North Las Vegas, Nev., has amended its Foreclosure Property and Registration Program to include an initial registration/renewal fee increase of $500 (previously $200). In addition, a $50 de-registration also will be enforced.

Saratoga Springs, NY

The City of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., has amended its property registration program to include a $5,000 bond requirement as well as mandatory proof of liability insurance. The following increased annual fee schedule also has been approved:

Residential:

• $500 1st year
• $2,000 2nd year
• $3,000 3rd year
• $4,000 4th year
