Morgantown, WV
The City of Morgantown, W.Va., has amended its vacant property registration program to reflect the following escalating fee structure (previously a $50 one-time fee):
- 1st Renewal: $500
- 2nd Renewal: $1000
- 3rd Renewal: $2000
- 4th Renewal: $3500
- 5th Renewal: $4000
