The ordinance requires registration within 15 days of a structure determined to be a "vacant building" by the town administrator as well as annual renewal. To visit the town website, please [**click here**](https://www.cortlandil.org/). ******VPR Ordinance Enacted in Ironton The City of Ironton, Ohio, enacted vacant property registration requirements on October 25. The ordinance requires registration within 60 days after any building located in an area zoned for residential or commercial use becomes vacant or no later than 30 days after notification of the requirements to register. Among them is a change that calls for the annual registration fee to correspond to the fiscal year of the City and the renewal of the registration, along with the payment of the annual fee, to be completed prior to October 1 of any year.
