## Eastampton Township, NJ
On March 11, 2019, Eastampton Township, N.J., enacted property registration requirements within 10 days of default filing regardless of occupancy status.

## River Grove, IL
The Village of River Grove, Ill., has repealed its active property registration ordinance and enacted a replacement version that became effective on April 4, 2019. Registration will now be required within 10 days of default inspection regardless of occupancy status (previously required upon vacancy).

## AuSable Township, MI
On April 24, 2019, AuSable Township, Mich., discussed a proposed vacant property registration ordinance. After being reviewed by the planning commission, the ordinance will next be presented to the board of trustees.
