## Schiller Park, IL
On April 18, 2019, the Village of Schiller Park, Ill., amended its property registration program to include buildings entering default within 10 days regardless of occupancy status. The previous version targeted vacant buildings only.

## Wilmington, DE
The City of Wilmington, Del., has proposed several amendments to its vacant property registration program. Included is a registration fee increase for properties that remain vacant for more than three years and a registration requirement for buildings that are vacant for six consecutive months instead of 45 consecutive days. The amendments were referred to the council Finance & Economic Development Committee on May 2, 2019.

## Bucyrus, OH
The City of Bucyrus, Ohio, discussed the creation of a vacant building registration ordinance at a recent council meeting. It is important to note that at this time, no ordinance has been officially proposed.
