Wilmington, DEThe City of Wilmington, Del., has proposed several amendments to its vacant property registration program. Included is a registration fee increase for properties that remain vacant for more than three years and a registration requirement for buildings that are vacant for six consecutive months instead of 45 consecutive days. The amendments were referred to the council Finance & Economic Development Committee on May 2, 2019.
