Multiple Missouri jurisdictions have enacted ordinances requiring a semi-annual registration fee within 30 days of notice that a building has been registered by that jurisdiction. It is important to note that all components of the ordinance (text, fee, etc.) are identical for each location, with the exception of the enacted date. Included are the following:
Mannington Township, NJ

The City of Frederick, Md., has officially proposed legislation that would require property owners to register vacant properties on an annual basis.
